My daughter brought the truck in and we have a free oil change, our first one. The service guy said it was serviced in January 2025….we don’t get the truck until April 2025 and if he would have checked into it further he would have seen that! We bought the truck through the loaner plan where after 2000 miles you sell the truck as new. Instead he took points from my GM rewards.

** On a positive note: I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change, as usual. When completed, it was brought to my attention my present battery needed to be replaced because it was lacking power and I had no idea. Knowing this surely saved a possible situation, when starting my vehicle or maybe even when driving!! He was a life-saver!!! ** On a negative note:........I was surprised and upset the price of an oil change had increased greatly. Maybe due to the change in dealership? Just not right. I might have to shop around the next time. Excellent star for the one who did the oil change, but a poor star for the oil increase.

When this dealership was Vyletel Buick I was always greeted at my vehicle. Now that this is Moran I was not greeted until I exited my vehicle and went up to a service advisor. There was a sign that read my vehicle would be washed with a special type of water maybe purified or drop free, something to that sort. My vehicle was not washed or even rinsed off

I really like all the guys in the service department. They’re always friendly and personable, and I appreciate that there isn’t a lot of employee turnover — it says a lot about the place. My oil changes are always quick and convenient. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up right after work, which made the whole process so easy.

I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time however, I was not greeted at all. After waiting for a few minutes, I was finally acknowledged and then passed on to someone else. However Ann was pleasant and helpful. The Moran advertisement was placed around my license plate poorly and without my permission. I waited for an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change nearly missing my other appointment. The price of the oil change is too expensive. Regretfully I won't be a returning customer.

Problem was not resolved. I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to speak to me when I first showed up. Both people at the desks were on their phones or ignoring customers. Other customers who came before me were screaming at one of the people. I waited about an hour and they tried to charge me for checking my brakes when this was not previously discussed on the phone when I made the appointment. I had gotten my brakes replaced at another dealership and this should have been covered under warranty which I had shown the paperwork for.

Felt the service department was better when Vyletel. No one acknowledged me as I waited to check in. The young man that did though was very polite so that was good. But then an oil change usual 30.minutes was an hour. It eould have been nice if they told me time frame.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire sensor and called the day before to confirm it could be done in 20–30 minutes so I could make it to work on time. I booked the appointment for 7:00 AM and arrived as scheduled, only to find out that the EV technician who can work on my car doesn’t come in until 8:00 AM. I’m not sure why I was scheduled that early, but it ended up being a waste of time and I wasn’t able to get the sensor fixed.

1st visit since this location was Vytel not wonderful I can only assume there are kinks still being worked out. While I waited an extended time different service employees mentioned my vehicle would be up soon though I didn't inquire. The last person said oh your vehicle will be right up they are washing it only for all the cars prior to mine coming up washed & mine having not even a speak of water on it same dust it arrived with. Why the the unnecessary lie & what a bummer no wash. It didn't feel good to not get a service others got & was always provide when it was Vytel. 🤔

The service consultant led my wife to believe that a tire rotation is packaged with an oil change and cannot be separated. She paid for both and we did not need the tire rotation. The car wash provided was substandard, a lot of the outside of the vehicle was not clean. Why even offer that??

Anne Casey was excellent. I came in for an oil change, and she brought to my attention that other maintenance work should be done, so I did. Then came back while I was waiting and told me that my front brakes needed to be replaced, so I did. I am very grateful for Anne's help. This type of service is what I expect and keeps me coming back, unlike the horrible experience I received when I had my Saturn Sky serviced at Moran's Clinton Township dealership earlier this month. After making an appointment for service on my Buick one week prior to the day I went in to get service I was told by Matt that my car would not be finished until next day. I spoke to Matt prior to coming and we discussed everything that needed to be done and he told me it would be completed same day. He said it was end of month and they had dealership cars that needed to be serviced. After getting upset and telling him I had to go to work next day he decided to give me a loaner car. At this point I had got upset with him and told him I would speak to a manager. This is not the first time Matt has given me a hard time. At this point I am not sure if I will continue to purchase my cars here disappointed in their customer service. Matt service to customers was disappointing.

Not sure if it was an 'off' day for our write up tech in service, but not friendly at all. Hubby said the other write up tech was very friendly to his customers but when he asked a question about anything, our tech Matt was short and snapped at him a few times. This is not the way to handle your customers. There was no reason what-so-ever to snap at him. It was over a recall that needed to be done and that still is not done, but they did a different recall that we knew nothing about. So still have to come back.

Check in was easy, Anne was very nice and informative. However the guy moving the cars, was smoking so much outside & then would come in and move the cars. My car had a smoke smell in it. Airing it out didn’t work, I had to pay a company to come deep clean my car to get that smell out. My child has severe asthma & smoke is a trigger for him. I think someone who has to get inside people’s cars shouldn’t not be allowed to smoke and then do so. For health reasons as well as the interior of customers vehicles.

Went to have my oil change and tires rotated on the drive home. I noticed that my PSI indicator was on my car. I pulled over. Tried to call them. Left two messages. No return call so I ended up going back in and the service rep goes oh they forgot to reset it. It’s easy I informed him I was not Tech and I should not have to reset. It says you should’ve called. I said I did. You didn’t pick up the phone so he proceeded to show me how to reset it in case it happens again OMG that only did I utilize your service. I had to come back in again to have them finish. The process was not a happy camper.

I have a smell in my vehicle a new filter was put in, and unclean as to what else was done, car only had 2000 miles and it still smells terrible, I read that a TAC case should be entered and a complete interior order diagnose including inspection of the carpet and inside the seats, Check for moisture intrusion and rodent contamination. Potential rodent nesting or material in the HVAC ducts. Also perform an evaporator core inspection and cleaning not just replace the cabin filter. This is where I stand I am looking for resolution to the smell that's in my vehicle

We were told to drop-off our vehicle on a Tuesday. No one looked at it until Friday. This was an inconvenience as it left our household with one vehicle for days. There was lack of communication. Not to mention, the service department not being able to print anything or the Used Car Dept. being able to provide us with a call back or an extended warranty with payments because of the merger with Moran. What a disappointment. We will miss the Vyletel level of service, understanding and compassion.

The first time I came here I should have learned my lesson and not return but I assumed everyone has bad days so I gave them another try. Today, I went for a normal oil change. My car is 14,000 miles on it and was told I should get a new air filter every other oil change and should get one today. Not knowing much about my cars “needs” I got an oil change and a new filter. Come to find out, I shouldn’t have gotten an air filter as I have a lease and could have waited much longer if I actually did need a replacement on a lease. However, I felt I needed to get one by being told it’s standard to. Once again feeling taken advantage of by simply being a girl. I then waited 1.5 hours for my oil change. I asked about the status then all of a sudden I got the text saying it was done. It could have been coincidence or they forgot about me. I am not a confrontational person but I am truly so sad and upset. When my car was ready, a random person was dangling the keys at me through a glass door trying to get my attention. He did not even come into the waiting room to speak to me or ask if it was my keys. I had to go out and say “I think those are mine.” Then he gave them to me and walked off. I felt so disrespected and appalled that keys were being dangled at me from yards away like a dog. I have never had such poor treatment before from a dealership and shame on me for trying to cut corners to come here since it is closest to me. I now wasted all my points & money on something I didn’t need and feel like I was just a number to them and not even a human. I’ll never come back to this location because of how I was treated

I made an appointment for a recall. when I arrived, I would told it would take all day. I was offered a ride home. Although, after wait more than an hour, the guy that showed up for shuttle service said my house was too far away. He was told by the service manager to take me anyway and seemed very disappointed. I told them to cancel my order and return my truck to me. It wasn't worth the hassle for the recall. When the appointment made, you should tell consumers that they should expect to drop the vehicle off. Advice them that shuttle service is available within 10 miles.

Wow! If only all my service experiences(at restaurants, stores, etc) were like this. Had an issue with my brand new lease 2026 Equinox with acceleration. Anne Casey set me up with service right away and a loaner while the problem was fixed. She treated me like family. She kept me up to date on when my car would be ready and it was all seamless. My original dealership couldn't even get me in until July 8th. Anne got it all finished and back to me by June 30th.

I drove up with not distinguishable marking as to which way to enter, in fact there was a welcome sign on the door which I was facing. I waited for directions but was met with looks from 4/5 people in the service area. I pulled in while looking at the service people and still no directions both verbally or with movements. Once I finally parked, shut off my car and exited did I get instructed to go around to the other side of the dealership to enter. I feel that was unprofessional for a company that I just spend thousands of dollars buying a vehicle from. I spoke up to let them know that this could have been avoided but was met with defensive excuses. Inside the service waiting area there was no refreshments of water/coffee etc. that was stated by the service personal. When my car was finished the ladies inside the office and the one female service from outside were wonderful, but the gentleman who pulled up my car got out spoke nothing to me other than here you go. He was walking away as I was saying thank you but I felt he was dismissive and didn't care to spend a minute with me. My car was washed yet it was dripping wet like it has just been through a rainstorm. Currently I will not be back. I will look for another dealership to get my car serviced.

Then when I picked up my car I was handed the keys and was told go find it. It's by the bushes over there. What a joke. Well, Moran is not Vyletel, that was obvious. We used to get hot coffee, choice of other beverages, and donuts many times, it felt more cozy and warm back then. The actual service we received was absolutely fine, it was just the amenities seem to have diminished. :-(

This dealership is excellent! I have a 2022 MY Sierra with the 3.0L Diesel. I go to this dealer every 5,000 miles for maintenance and I take it there for any mishaps. I recently had a light on my IP related to the emissions system. Unfortunately they only have 1 Diesel mechanic so it took several weeks to get my truck repaired. I am grateful they gave me a loaner because my truck is still under warranty but I am concerned about my transportation in the future after the warranty expires.

I told advisor about issue with intermittent vibration when hitting bumps and requested that tech looks at bushings for damage/leakage according to tsb. Was advised may need suspension tech but all I was looking for was a visual. Advisor noted to look for any leaking bushings at control arms. Tech said everything looked fine. Took care of to belle tire a day later to have them look at it and was advised that one busing had failed and other one was currently leaking. I will not be bringing my car back to Moran.

Was a good experience until realize they removed personal property off the vehicle without permission, not return it but trybto pawn off someone else's property as if that is perfectly acceptable after being confronted. Even through it was removed not a few hours prior to pick up. Then noticed that checking and correcting tire pressure is not part of a tire rotation...and noted as perfectly fine in GM's multi-point inspection. Service manager thought it was a joke to remove property and dispose of it without concent. We will not be returning....what else are they saying they do but dont actually due but will say they have. Part by law that are removed are suppose to be given to the owner unless there is a core cost associated to it or needs to be returned to the manufacturer. This wasn't a part per-say, but my vehicle came in with said item and left without...without authorization by me.

Took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told when I made my service appointment by phone that I could get a quote for wheel repair and they could check my park assist service error indicator but when I had my oil changed the person that was supposed to provide a quote for the wheel repair couldn’t be found and I was then told I’d have to leave my car for a few days to have the park assist service message checked and repaired. The service persona also didn’t apply a coupon I gave him for my service visit.

I called weeks ago inquiring about doing service with an engine light on and the service rep told me it would be a minimum of 2 days Bedford they can look at it depends on how many other cars in line. Then I got a reminder 2weeks later that they have an opening. I quickly took it and it was done in the amount of time I expected. It’s like my service rep took notes anc was watching for an opening!

My consultant was very informative an kept me updated on my service. When my car was completed she let me know of upcoming service I might consider soon. My only complaint was people showing up without appointments an being served in that order instead of by appointment.

I was greeted as soon as I stepped up to a service representatives work area. I waited about an hour for an oil change and was told when my vehicle was ready. I wish there was water in the waiting room and I wish the new car wash was installed. I really like having my car washed after service.
